Known for the writings on his Instagram natural wine blog, @marcel.de nada.cocq is joining Sovra Naturale to give a masterclass about: The importance of transparency in natural wine making, seen from the perspective of holistic biodynamics.
During his talk, Marcel will reflect on his view on the essence of natural wine and the role of microbiological life like native cultures of yeast within sustainable circular farming. He will also discuss how the use of sulfites (SO2) affects this life and vibrance in wine and why, especially in the movement of natural wine, vinification transparency is crucial in this context.
